Stage 1: At the beginning, the material with high humidity, then choose closed loop and set temperature between 30C to 50C is the best. This helps to keep the color and shape of the fruits. In this drying stage, closed loop is the most energy saving way, because with high humidity.
Stage 2 : Increase the temperature step by step, in the middle can use closed loop(less than 55C) or open loop(more than 55C).
Stage 3: For the final drying, the material with low humidity, then choose open loop and set temperature 60C to 80C until full dried. In this drying stage, open loop is the most energy saving way, because almost no humidity.
That is why the open and closed loop heat pump dryer is the most energy saving drying machine and can get top quality dried fruits.
