Therefore, the drying speed should not be too fast, the temperature is set at about 40℃, use the negative pressure fan to improve the circulation air volume and air speed inside the room, uniform slow drying, the whole drying time is about 30-40 hours.
Simulate the cold winter dry climate, low temperature drying can maintain the flavor of seafood, will not affect the quality of seafood, the effect is better. The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
