This one is our model AGHD-70ELK, heat pump technology, the biggest advantage is energy saving up to 75 percentage and also can get the top quality of dried products.
This machine is a integrated, so when you receive the machine, you don't need to install, just connecting the power cable, then the machine can be use, this is with our compact size it can load max up to 600 kilos.
The materials of the machine and chamber are optional with the coated steel or stainless steel 304, the dimension of this machine is about the length is 4 meters, the width is 1.4 meters and the height is 2.1 meters(4000*1400*2100mm).
Machine with the wheels, so it is easy to move it, on the top with two external fans. during the drying inside with the hot air, so the fans there is cool air comes out, this is for the condensed water come out from this pipe.
For our heat pump we have the heat recovery system which means it can recycle the heat and use it, it is gonna be more efficient and energy saving.
This is the internal structure of this machine, here for the compressor we use the Copeland brand which from Emerson company, the top one compressor for the Copeland, here we have the evaporator condenser, also with the Golden Titanium(coated fins), it is for anti-rust and longer service life.
Here is the control panel, you can control the machine from here, and we can open this panel inside is the control board, this is patented by AIM, this part is the chamber part, here for the door. we have these silicon so it can seal the door very well, this with a ramp the trolleys can goes up from this ramp, inside of the chamber, we have the materials optional with the coated steel or stainless steel 304, normally we use the stainless steel 304, because it is food grade, anti-rust and also for longer service life and for the bottom for the floor.
We use the materials of the galvanized steel sheet and the thickness is 1.5 mm, so this is more durable and also can bare more weight, at the back we have 6pcs fans, 3pcs fans for each side and the fans are integrated on the machine, so the air gonna come out from the left side and sucking back to the right side, but the air direction can be changed 1 hour later, the air will go out, from the right side and suck the back from the left side, then the products can be dried evenly.
For the left side we can put 3pcs trolleys, the right side 3pcs trolleys total with 6pcs trolleys, so let's check about what is the trolleys and the trays looks like, this is the trolleys we use the trolleys the trays all with the food grade SS304, let's check about the trays, the dimension of the trays is 80*60cm, the mesh size is 5*5 mm, but also optional with 2*2 mm, the quantity of the trays for one trolley is 28 pcs, so for the total 6pcs trolleys with 168pcs trays, it can load around 600 kilos, but for some products if it is more heavy, we can reduce the quantity of the trays, it can be adjustable, most important, for this machine, the loading up to 600 kilos, but the energy consumption, it is only 12 kilowatt per hour, the consumption include the heat pump also the big fans, for all the consumption of this machine.
How to use the machine? we can control from this control board here, we can check the temperature/the humidity and the drying time ,easily normally we set the parameters right here.We have different stages, you can choose the drying mode/the temperature/the humidity the drying time from this page, after setting all the data we click start so the machine can operate after finishing the whole drying circle it gonna turn off automatically, the temperature, it is adjustable from 18 to 80℃, and humidity, it is from 5 to 99% adjustable, the machine also with the WiFi functions, it can connect the machine to your mobile, you can control the machine or check the drying data easily from the mobile, which is very convenient.
