Dried Anise in AIM Spice Dehydrator Machine
Anise drying:
1.Before using the star anise dryer, first put the star anise in the boiling water for about 3 minutes, the color of the star anise slightly yellow, into the heat pump star anise dryer oven, open the air heat pump star anise dryer for drying.
2. Conduct drying operation, adjust the star anise heat pump dryer to drying mode, adjust the temperature to 60℃, and dry for 1 hour.Note that this stage does not require dewetting, mainly to control the color.
3. Continue drying, temperature to 45℃ -65℃, humidity to 5% -10%, drying for 10 hours, and the drying procedure ends.
The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
