Pear drying process:
Cut the pears into pieces according to the required thickness, put them evenly on the tray, and push them into the heat pump pear dryer.
Pear drying is divided into four stages:
The first stage keeps the drying temperature of 70℃, drying for 1 hour.
The second stage oven temperature was set at 40℃ -45℃ and dried for 2-3 hours.
In the third stage, the oven temperature is set at about 50℃ and maintained for 15 hours.
In the fourth stage, the oven temperature remains 55℃ to 60℃ for 8 hours.
The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
