Pork skin drying process:
Put the pork skin in warm water for 30 minutes, and then scrape off the surface of the dirt, pull out the miscellaneous hair, according to the market demand, the pork skin cut into pieces and other shapes, to meet the needs of different customers, and then evenly placed on the tray, and then put into the AIM heat pump dryer, the temperature is set at 45-60℃.
The drying procedure is divided into three stages:
First stage: temperature 45℃, time 5 hours, continuous humidity.
Second stage: temperature 55℃, time 5 hours, continuous humidity.
The third stage: temperature 60℃, 8 hours, continuous humidity, drying can be completed.
The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
