Persimmon drying process:
Wash and peel the persimmon, put it evenly on the tray, put it into the AIM heat pump dryer, and dry it in three times.
The first stage: set the temperature is 40-50℃, the humidity adjustment is 65%, the time is about 10 hours, pay attention to the relative humidity in the dryer is kept below 70%, can effectively prevent persimmon mildew.
Stop drying, press the persimmon for the first time, and knead into the shape of a cake, with moderate strength.
The second stage: the pinched persimmon, put into the dryer again, heat up to 50-55℃, lasting for 15 hours, persimmon rapid dehydration of 35%.
After stopping drying, make a second pinch. At this point, the persimmon cake is basically formed.
The third stage: the drying temperature at 40-50℃, duration of about 10 hours, water content control at about 35%.
The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
