Lemongrass can be used as a spice or medicinal material. The smell is fragrant, it has the effects of diuresis, prevention of anemia, sterilization and the like.
The AIM lemongrass dehydrator dry fresh lemongrass at low and middle temperatures, which dry the lemongrass better.
The dried lemongrass do not change any of its nutritional value. The scent of the lemongrass is preserved and the taste is better.

Lemongrass drying processing：
1. Clean and cut the picked lemongrass in 3~4CM.
2. Lay them on the trays evenly.
3. Put them into the AIM dehydrator and set the target temperature at 55~65 degree C and the humidity at 10%.
4. After 12hours, the lemongrass will finish the drying process. We suggest to enlarge the quantity and dry it one day per batch.
The dried lemongrass will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of lemongrass.
The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
