The drying temperature requirements of American ginseng:
Starting temperature is 25-26℃, and then gradually rise to 35-36℃. After the participant becomes soft, the temperature rises to 38- -40℃ until drying, and the drying time is about 40 hours.
The humidity requirement for drying is that the initial control relative humidity is about 60%; medium 50% and late below 40%.
