Dried matsutake in AIM heat pump drying machine
Matsutake drying process:
Put the picked matsutake into water to clean, cut off the root of matsutake, be careful not to excessively clean, so as not to affect the quality of matsutake.
Then slice the matsutake, cut the thickness of the slice according to your needs, and put it evenly on the tray.
The AIM's drying test, using the whole matsutake, with no slices, is designed to better test the uniformity and drying speed of the AIM heat pump dryer.
The next step is to place the matsutake on the tray, and then put it into the AIM heat pump dryer, set the temperature of 45℃ -75℃, the relative humidity of 10%, and the whole drying time is 15-22 hours.
The drying time is adjusted according to the actual situation.
The drying process is for reference only, and can be adjusted according to the needs of users in actual use.
